Sarah, you were amazing on Tuesday, and not just Tuesday, but all the love and support you have shown us throughout the whole process. The service was delivered perfectly, so heartfelt, warm and full of love. You made the best decision to become a celebrant and deserve every success with it.

Sarah went above and beyond what was asked of a funeral celebrant and our family couldn't thank her enough. Every little detail was taken care of and service information was presented promptly after confirming it all with the family which included all music tracks and Hymns . Sarah took a friendly and professional approach to the family ensuring that they were well looked after and that nothing was too much trouble. I have no doubt that Sarah will be a huge success in her future endeavours and would not  hesitate to recommend her to any family given the chance

Sarah was the celebrant for my late husband’s funeral. She did a fantastic job, was very compassionate and took me through every step. Well done, Sarah.

Sarah was the celebrant for my brother-in-law’s funeral; the compassion and warmth she brought to the occasion was exactly what was needed; she is a lovely lady who would be a credit to any celebration. I cannot recommend her enough.

I cannot thank Sarah enough; she came into our lives when we were at our lowest point following the loss of my mother. She walked into the room and immediately we knew she was right for us; she is the warmest, most understanding and compassionate person. Within a few minutes she connected with my dad, and we were all chatting freely about mum again. She gently explained the processes to us and helped us choose the right remembrance service. After a long chat full of tears and laughter, she left us knowing what lay ahead, and that she would be there to guide us through the next few weeks, whenever we needed her. A few days later we received Sarahs draft tribute to review. I still don’t really know how she did it but, Sarah had managed to transform our ramblings and disjointed memories into a beautiful tribute, which captured our mum’s character, love of our family and summarised her life’s adventure perfectly. Sarah then went on to guide us through the funeral, conducting the ceremony with utter professionalism, whilst always being so gentle and kind, guiding my dad and us all throughout. The service was beautiful, funny at times while always being respectful, it was what mum would have wanted. Sarah, I thank you again, on behalf of my mum (she would have loved chatting with you), from my dad, who you comforted when he needed it most, and from me and the rest of the family, for helping us through this process with kindness and gentle expertise.

Sarah came into our lives when we were trying to cope with my Dad's bereavement. Her warmth, respect and professionalism was invaluable. From our first meeting she immediately reassured both mum & I that we were in the best possible hands. Her genuine interest in hearing about dad & asking questions that embraced who he was & what he meant was greatly appreciated. Throughout her efficiency & keenness to ensure we were happy with the service helped enormously, as did her willingness to make herself available if needed. On the day of the funeral, seeing Sarah when we arrived immediately put us at ease & she continued to lead the service with the warmth & respect she had displayed throughout.

I would recommend Sarah to anyone experiencing the loss of a loved one, she helped us give dad the perfect send off that he so greatly deserved.

I cannot thank Sarah enough for the lovely tribute she delivered at my Dad's funeral; she turned our memories into a moving and funny, at times, tribute, which she delivered flawlessly. Nothing was too much trouble she kept us updated at every stage and also designed and printed the order of service. She is kind and compassionate and really looked after us on the day of the funeral. Sarah is a very kind and caring person. She spends a lot of time and effort getting details just right. Sarah is very compassionate in her work and gives a wonderful service. She makes a very special celebrant and we recommend her highly.

I can not thank Sarah enough, she went way way above and beyond for me and my family, after myself was left with the unexpected sudden death of my mum and I honestly didn't know what I had to do or where to start.

Sarah came and we spoke about my mums life and she went away and come back to me within a few days with a script of what she had worked on and worded perfectly for my mum, and most of all she made my daughter ( the only grandchild age 7 ) feel very important and very included throughout the whole process.

After the service Sarah gave me and my 2 siblings a full copy of the whole script for keepsake and my daughter a special script with the poem she read dedicated to my daughter with a photo of my mum and wording " remembering my special nanny a shining star forever " and my daughter has not let that out her sight and whenever she misses her nanny she opens the scroll and reads the poem, I am so grateful for the work and effort you have done for me Sarah and I'm sure anyone who you work with in the future will feel the same as I do you truly are brilliant and make anything that is a doubt in sight become possible to overcome and will forever be thankful x

What a wonderful lady. Sarah brought a calmness to a very traumatic and sad time in my life and that of the family. Sarah spent time with me planning the service that I wished for my husband and was there to guide me and answer any questions that I had.

Sarah spoke about my husband at the service with great care and compassion. Sarah helped greatly at the funeral and made me feel that my husband had not left me and that his life was truly celebrated. The service was just as we planned and Sarah made sure that it was perfect.

It was a privilege to work with celebrant Sarah Mumby for my nan's funeral, and I can't express enough how grateful I am for her support. From the very beginning, Sarah was accommodating and understanding, especially when I decided to speak at the service on short notice. Her communication was top-notch; she consistently checked in and adapted to our plans, making the entire experience much smoother.

Sarah's delivery of Nan’s celebration of life was both professional and deeply personal. She beautifully incorporated our family's request for love and humour, capturing my nan's essence perfectly. It truly felt like a heartfelt tribute. Additionally, Sarah guided us through the preparation for the day, helping with the order of service, personal details like photographs, and even offering recommendations for printing services. She went above and beyond.

What stood out the most was Sarah's person-centered approach. She was attentive to mine and my families needs and emotions, which made a significant difference on such a challenging day. When it was my turn to deliver my speech, Sarah was right there by my side, holding me up emotionally and providing the strength I needed. She truly was a rock during the service, her presence made the day just a little bit easier to bear.

We couldn't have wished for a more perfect send off for our Dad. Sarah was amazing. She supported us from the first contact helping to create a ceremony that was so personal and truley reflected our Dad! Sarah met us with warmth, care and compassion. She listened to our wishes and stories of Dad and this was reflected beautifully in the service. As a family we wrote the tribute/ eulogy and Sarah delivered this perfectly and wasn't shy to read out some of the more 'risky' anecdotes we had included. Her sence of humour and kind nature ensured that our final farewell said everything and more and gave us great comfort that Dad had been sent on his way exactly how he would have wanted. Thank you so much, we are forever grateful.

What a wonderful caring person Sarah is. Her warmth and passion is overwhelming. She gave the most wonderful service for my nephew (my boy) David Ambler who passed away so suddenly and far too soon, he was a much loved Husband Dad and and Grandad and by all who knew him, Sarah made sure that he had the best send off with her wonderful words and the pouring out of love and lovely words about David, a wonderful celebration of his life that he truly deserved.

Sarah conducted my beloved husband’s funeral on November 6th at the crematorium in Lincoln.

She was absolutely amazing and supported us as a family through a very difficult and traumatic time.

She guided us through this unknown territory and assisted us all to make his funeral a very personal tribute to him.

Sarah is a kind and caring lady who showed empathy and compassion throughout allowing for our strength to grow. Her beautiful words will remain with us forever. What a fantastic lady and a credit to her profession.

Sarah, please accept the following testimonial; Having never organised a funeral via a celebrant before, I did not know what to expect, but Sarah became an instant friend. I was celebrating my mums going to sleep, we were incredibly close and needed somebody who could understand this. Sarah went above and beyond to ensure she would describe my mum as the glorious bubbly person that is/was. From peiceing my fragmented memories into chronological order to making us laugh with her recounting mums mischief. The added touch was the way her calm firm hug grounded me before the funeral, her gentle calm presence with me as I read a poem I had written for mum and the way she calmed me after when I became very emotional. She really was my guiding influence. I honestly think my mum had the very best funeral because of the kindness of Sarah. When my husband and I redo our vows in three years, she will be the person I would want to celebrate our time with, but she will be invited back to celebrate with us as a friend. Thank you so very much for everything you have done. You were my angel.
